CJE Ann Melton announces free dumping for flood debris Adair County Judge Executive Ann Melton has made available dumping at the Mid State Waste Transfer Station located on L. Willis Road in Adair County, free for Flood Debris only. The only items to be accepted free of charge will be things such as wet carpet, wall board, etc., from the flood. Employees at the transfer station will be checking the items as well as making sure of Adair County residency. Only Adair County residents may use the free dumping.
