Says Hatcher RD Bridge over Russell Creek could save lives About: Billy Whitney Hatcher RDs bridge will be ambitious project I think this is a project that needs to be looked at harder. My mom and dad both have heart problems and there are others on the Clay Ridge side of Russell Creek with bad health problems.
