Adair District of Retired Teachers win 2 statewide awards Adair Co. Retired Teachers send two delegates to state convention On April 20,2010, four hundred leaders of the Kentucky Retired Teachers Association attended the 42nd Annual State Convention in Louisville, Kentucky. Bobbie Coomer and Rita Marshall were delegates from Adair County. The Adair County Retired Teachers Association were honored with two awards: M.L. Archer Award for local districts with membership of 90% or above and Silver Seal Award for participation in the support and goals of Kentucky Retired Teachers Association.
