One injured in Monroe Co., KY, collision By Tpr. Wm. Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY Trooper Logan Richardson is investigating a collision that occurred at 6:16pm, Thursday, April 22, 2010, on KY 163, 3 miles north of Tompkinsville, KY. Amy Shockley, age 40, of Tompkinsville, KY was operating a 1993 Oldsmobile Van and making a left turn into her driveway when a white 1992 Toyota Celica, operated by Cassie Tyler, age 18 of Tompkinsville, KY, attempted to pass Shockley and side swiped her. All subjects were belted. Shockley was transported by Monroe County EMS to Monroe County Medical Center where she was treated and released.
