Gale Cowan elected to KACTFO board of directors

The Kentucky Association of County Treasurer's and Finance Officers (KACTFO) met in Frankfort recently for their 27th annual conference. Adair County's Finance Officer, Gale Cowan, was elected to the 2010-2011 KACTFO Board of Directors. Board members were sworn in on April 16, 2010 by Edmonson Co. Judge/Executive N.E. Reed. "We are so proud of Gale for her accomplishment in KACTFO Thank you for your service to both Adair Co. and the Association." -Ann Melton, Adair County Judge Executive
