ACHS Band makes generous donation to A-Team Click on headline for story + photo By Teresa Bright News from Adair A-Team Boosters The Adair County Middle School Academic Team received a generous donation from the Adair County Band Boosters. The presentation of a $500 check from the band was made by ACHS Band Director Tom Case and Doyle Lloyd, President of the Band Boosters. The donation will help the Academic Team to travel to La Crosse, WI for International Competition. Four of the five A-Team members are also members of the band. Adair County Elementary student Rebecca Montgomery, who will also be competing in Wisconsin, is also a member of the band. A-Team Boosters are seeking donations to fund their registration and for trip expenses for competitors. The A-Team is coached by Brett Relilford and Sherri Stotts.A-Team Members present for the check presentation were Sydney Bright, Chloe Cheng, Kyle Castaneda, Sarah McQuaide, and Amber Turner. Donations can be made by contacting Sherri Stotts at the Adair County Middle School, 322 Gen.
