Load shift causes semi to overturn near Tompkinsville, KY By TFC William R. Gregory Public Affairs Officer, KY State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY TOMPKINSVILLE, KY - An injury collision occurred at 11:10amCT. Thursday, April 1, 2010, six miles South of Tompkinsville on KY 163. Russell Dickerson, age 56 of Fairfield Glade, TN was operating a 2011 Freightliner South bound on KY 163 when his load shifted causing the semi to overturn. Dickerson was wearing a seat belt and transported to Monroe County Medical Center.
