Lindsey Wilson Colleges Foreign Language Awareness Day

COLUMBIA, KY - More than 15 languages could be heard Wednesday afternoon, March 31, 2010, in Lindsey Wilson College's Biggers Sports Center as the LWC community celebrated Foreign Language Awareness Day. The day, which has been celebrated the last four years at the college, allowed guests to learn phrases and greetings in languages spoken on the continents of Africa, Asia, Europe and South America. The event was sponsored by the LWC International Student Programs. This school year, a total of 102 international students from 36 countries enrolled at LWC.
