Pruitt Memory Chapel. Beulah Mann, 68, Russell Co., KY (1941-2010) Beulah Mann was the daughter of the late Bessie (Lee) Andrew and Roy Andrew. She was born Sunday, August 17, 1943, in Jamestown, Russell Co., KY, and died in Jamestown, Russell Co., KY on Monday, March 29, 2010, at the age of 68 years, 7 months, and 12 days. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Arvis (Cowboy) Mann, Jamestown, KY, and the following:
