Census Forms are available at the library, Senior Center

Census reminder from office of County Judge Ann Melton; resident with PO Box will need to pick up form

Any Adair County Resident who did not receive a Census Report or have lost their census form packet may pick up a Census forms at two places.
  1. Adair County Regional Library, 307 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, Phone (270) 384-2472
  2. Adair County Senior Citizens Center, 922 Carrie Bolin DR, Columbia, KY, Phone (270) 384-4026.
Adair Countians who receive their mail by Post Office Box instead of by letter carrier will need to pick up forms at one of the two addresses above.


Forms are available at the Adair County Public Library in six languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Russian.

"Again, we remind every Adair Countian of the importance to be counted," Judge Melton said. "Our representation in Congress depends on the results of the census, and, to a great extent, so does U.S. Government funding."

Adair Co. Public Library has census forms in 6 languages

Anita Riddle, Adair County Bookmobile Librarian, hods the display containing 2010 U.S. Census forms which are available for those who did not receive the packets or who have lost the forms. The forms which were available on Friday, March 26, 2010, were in English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and Russian. Residents who receive mail through a PO Box did not receive the packets, and may pick them up at the library or go to the Adair County Senior Citizens Center, 922 Carrie Bolin DR, Columbia, KY.
