Single vehicle accident injures 2 in Clinton

CLINTON CO., KY - An injury collision occurred at 12:23amCT, on Friday, March 26, 2010 on Ky 696, six miles South of Albany, KY. A 1996 Jeep operated by Chris Stinson, age 50 of Albany, KY who was not belted, was traveling Eastbound on Ky 696 at a high rate of speed causing the vehicle to leave the roadway and overturn, coming to rest in a field.

A passenger, Joshua Stinson, age 31 of Albany who was not belted, was transported to Clinton County Hospital along with the driver for treatment of non life threatening injuries.



Trooper David Long is investigating. Clinton County Sheriff Department, Clinton County EMS, and Clinton County Fire/Rescue assisted at the scene.
