Free tetanus vaccinations for farmers in Edmonton, KY

The Metcalfe County Extension Service and the WKU Nursing Department will host "Tetanus Shots for Farmers" on Tuesday, March 23, 2010. We will be at the Edmonton Livestock Market, 310 N. Main ST, Edmonton, KY, between the hours of 10am and 2pmCT. Farmers will be able to receive a free Tetanus Vaccination. This service is usually $40.00 but all costs are being covered by grant funding. Each person receiving a vaccination will also be eligible for a free lunch that will be provided by the Metcalfe County SNAP Education Assistant and the Metcalfe County EFNEP Assistant. -Brandon Bell, Metcalfe County Extension Agent for Agriculture and Natural Resources, 422 East Street, Edmonton, KY.
