Center fielder Haley Cheuvront went 2-for-3 with a run and third baseman Caren Alexander finished 1-for-3 with a run and three RBI in the win. Game two's leader at the plate was shortstop Jordan Gilland going 2-for-3 with an RBI, while Emily Poynter picked up the loss in the circle, allowing two earned runs and two walks with four strikeouts in 5.0 innings.
