By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer
Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY

Liberty, Casey Co., KY - Trooper Jeremy Johnson, Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY, is investigating a collision that occurred March 4, 2010 at 1:30pmET, ten miles East of Liberty, KY on Johnathan Fork RD.

The collision occurred when a 1995 Ford, operated by Jessica Hall, age 20, of Liberty, KY, was traveling Westbound on Johnathan Fork Road.

Hall lost control of the vehicle and dropped off the westbound shoulder of the roadway. Hall then overcorrected, causing the vehicle to leave the eastbound side of the roadway and travel over an embankment.

The vehicle then overturned and came to final rest on its top in a creek.

Hall, who was belted at the time of the collision, was transported by private vehicle to the Casey County Hospital and was treated and released. A passenger in Hall's vehicle, Benson Spears, age 37, of Liberty, was also belted and was not injured in the collision.
