She was a native of Weidman, MI, and was a member of a respected Russell County family and of Clear Springs Baptist Church

Henrietta Wilson, age 85, Russell Springs, KY, died Tuesday morning, March 2, 2010, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY.

The funeral service will be at 3pmCT, Friday, March 5, 2010, at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 E. Steve Warriner DR, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. CLeveland Johnson and Bro. Curtis Ballenger the officiating clergy. Interment will be in Clear Springs Cemetery, Hwy 619 Russell County, KY. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Thursday, March 4, 2010, at the funeral home.

Henrietta Wilson, 85, Russell Co., KY (1925-2010)

Henrietta Wilson was the daughter of the late James Calvin and Minnie Blanch Jones Chase. She was born Thursday, August 13, 1925, in Weidman, Isabella Co., MI, and died Tuesday, March 2, 2010, in Somerset, Pulaski Co., KY at the age 85 years.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Liston WIlson

  • One daughter: Dawn J. Monroe, Russell Springs, KY

  • Three grandchildren: Karrie (Joey) Miller, Lisa Monroe Bloyd, and Christina (Tim) Howell

  • Eight great grandchildren: Johnathan Miller, Chelsie Hammond, Mary Miller, Taylor Howell, Jared Bloyd, Brianna Bloyd, Logan Howell, and Eric Miller

  • Two great great grandchildren: Jayden Hammond and Shilloh Rich Hammond
Mrs. Wilson was a member of Clear Springs Baptist Church in Russell Co., KY

Wilson Funeral Home, Russell Springs, KY, is in charge of funeral arrangements.
