Rep. Carney delivers flag which flew over State Capitol to CWC

State Representative John "Bam" Carney's office delivered new state and national flags to Col. Wm. Casey Elementary School this past week.

Both flags were flown over the state Capitol in Frankfort on Friday, January 29, 2010. Students pictured in the accompany photo, holding the flag, all have immediate family members who are currently serving in the U.S. military.

The students above all have immediate family members who are currently serving the U.S. military. They are, from left: Jacob Grider in honor of his brother Nick Dabney, Jordan Nye in honor of his father, Mike Nye, and Emma Pendleton in honor of her father, Matt Pendleton.
