Interment in Washington Park East Cemetery, 10612 East Washington Street, in Indianapolis, IN. Visitation will be from 3-7pmET, Sunday, February 28, 2010, at the church. Frances Allene Kelsay Robertson, Adair Co. native (1937-2010) She was the daughter of the late John F. and Sarah Kelsay, Adair Co., KY. She was born on Thursday, September 16, 1937, in Adair Co., KY, and died Thursday, February 25, 2010, in Indianapolis, Marion Co., IN, at the age of 72 years, 5 months, and 9 days.
