Cane Valley Bank like a Phoenix

Wherein "Jim" answers one question about the bank, but not great puzzlements of when the bank will rise a third time or when, if ever, the great cities of Coburg and Cane Valley will merge - in the age of mergers? Or whether they'll just butt up against each other now that the big hard row is there? -CM

Cane Valley Bank like a Phoenix
Authority quotes chapter and verse
from no less an authority
than the gold standard "Taylor County Star"
By "Jim"

The reincarnated Bank of Cane Valley was in operation as late as the winter of 1937. The March 4, 1937 Taylor County Star reported the passing of Mrs. Joan Powell Sanders, age 84, on February 22nd.

Listed among her survivors was a son, Cortez, "cashier of the Farmers Bank of Cane Valley, whose home is in Columbia."
