Russell Countian injured in Dunnville, KY accident CASEY COUNTY, KY - Trooper Adam Likins is investigating an injury collision that occurred at 12:30amET, Tuesday, February 9, 2010, on Highway 501, approximately 5 miles east of Dunnville, KY. Leslie Penrod, 46 of Russell Springs, KY was operating a 2007 Chrysler westbound on Highway 501, when she lost control of the vehicle, left the roadway and struck a tree. Penrod was wearing a seatbelt. She was treated and released at the Russell County Hospital.
