My name is Harold Burton and I would like to announce my candidacy for the Republican nomination for Magistrate in District 1 - Little Cake, White Oak, and Eunice/Pellyton precincts.

I am the son of the late Zack and Emma Willis Burton of Columbia, KY. I live in the Vester community.

My wife is Audrey; her parents are the late Henry Thomas and Evelyn Coffey Burton.

We have three children, Angela Scott (L.T.); Lonnie (Carla) Burton, and Kevin (Christy) Burton. We have five grandchildren - Brooklynn, Kaylee, Keaton, Jarrett and Skylar Burton.

I am retired from the Adair County Board of Education. I currently serve as Constable for District 1.

If elected as your magistrate, I will work hard for the people of our District and for Adair County, serving each of you with fairness and honesty.

I ask for your vote and support and for the opportunity to serve as your Magistrate for District 1. Your support is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
