SAFARI students present one of kind book to ACES library

As part of the after-school SAFARI (Staying After School For Academics, Recreation & Imagination) programs at Adair County Elementary School, the Digital Photography/STLP (Student Technology Leadership Program) class created a picture book.

The book, Germinators, the Adventures of Wash Power is a one of a kind publication that will help teach young students about the importance of proper hand-washing.

The book will be available for ACES students to check out of the library.

The project was made possible by the STLP program under the leadership of Alice Curry and Debbie Cowan with the ACES Family Resource Center. A special thanks to Tony Rose, Adair County 4-H for allowing students to use the program's digital cameras.
