KSP looking for escapees from Marion Co. adjustment center

Escape is from facility located 40 miles north of Downtown Columbia, KY, seven miles from Lebanon, KY, at 95 Raywick RD, St. Mary, KY

LEBANON, KY - The Kentucky State Police are attempting to locate two inmates who walked away from the Marion Adjustment Center in Marion County on Sunday, January 17, 2010 sometime after 4pmET/3pmCT.

  • John K. Francis is a 41-year-old white male, 5 feet 7 inches, 170 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. He was being held for Trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree and Bail Jumping.
  • Brian L. Wyatt is a 38-year-old white male, 6 feet 4 inches, 260 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was being held for Engaging in Organized Crime and Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st degree.
If anyone has any information regarding the whereabouts of these escapees, please contact the Kentucky State Police at 1-800-222-5555 or your local law enforcement. Tpr. John Adams is investigating.

2010-01-18 - St. Mary, KY - Photo Kentucky State Police. John K. Francis, left photo is from Harrodsburg, KY and was scheduled for release in February of 2011. Brian Wyatt, right photo is from Jefferson County, KY and was scheduled for release in 2016. Both men are pictured with facial hair but may not have facial hair at this time.
