Obituary: Myrtle Shearer Butler, 88, Adair Co., KY She was retired after 30 years service with Rayco Mfg. in South Bend, IN. Myrtle Butler, age 88 years, Marshall ST, Columbia, KY, formerly of South Bend, Indiana passed away Saturday, January 16, 2010 at her home. Funeral service will be Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 10amCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Daryl Coe officiating. Interment will be in Rogers Cemetery in Russell Co., KY. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, at the funeral home. Myrtle Shearer Butler, 88, Adair Co., KY (1921-2010) Myrtle Shearer Butler was the daughter of the late Robert and Flora Lawless Shearer. She was born in Russell Co., KY, on Tuesday, March 15, 1921, and died in Columbia, Adair Co., KY, on Saturday, January 16, 2010, at the age of 88 years, 10 months, and one day. She was preceded in death by one brother: James Shearer & two sisters, Edith Cape and Dorothy Shotts. She is survived by the following:
