Election 2010: Curtis Hardwick is candidate for Adair Co. Judge Executive By Curtis Hardwick, candidate for nomination for Adair Co. Judge Executive in the May 18, 2010 Adair County Republican Primary election My name is Curtis Hardwick. I would like to announce my candidacy for County Judge Executive on the Republican ticket. In the next few months I will work hard to meet and see as many of you as I can. I look forward to discussing issues and concerns that you may have related to the office of Judge Executive. I was born and raised in Adair County. I have been married to Jane Rogers Hardwick for 33 years. We have two children. Our son, Tim Hardwick, and his wife Jennifer Ellis Hardwick, have three beautiful children, Caroline, Madeline and Griffen. We have one daughter, Ashley Hardwick. I am the son of Allene and the late Oval (Tim) Hardwick. I attend Old Concord Methodist Church. I am a 40 year member of the Columbia Lodge 96, I am a Vietnam Veteran. I have 19 years experience in city government, 8 years of those serving on the City Council, 11 years as Mayor of Columbia, and 3 years of state government experience while working in the Department of Transportation for the Ernie Fletcher Administration. What I want the voters of Adair County to know is that no one will work harder than I will for Adair County. I will work closely with the Economic Development Board to try to create additional jobs. I will work equally as hard with the existing employers we now have in the county to try and make sure we keep them, and also try to expand their own businesses. I will travel to Frankfort and work with the economic development people there. Again, I look forward to meeting and talking with each of you and with your help and support, it would be an honor to be the Republican nominee for County Judge Executive.-Curtis Hardwick See also:
