Ten bright red male cardinals in white snow make beautiful sight Hopes they'll be here for the Great Backyard Bird Count About: Birds of Kentucky Northern Cardinal at Greenbriar feeder To ColumbiaMagazine.com: I had 10 male Northern Cardinals feeding at my feeder yesterday at one time. They are beautiful all the time, but with the snow on the ground and it still snowing, it was a beautiful sight to behold. I don't have a camera that would take a clear picture from the distance I was viewing them from or I would have sent you a picture. I hope they are still here for "The Great Backyard Bird Count" coming in February. s/Maury Lewis This story was posted on 2010-01-09 06:57:29
