Wonders if utilities restoring service to those with unpaid bills About: Snow Expected: No School in Adair County KY today Ed, Just saw a CNN segment re Memphis - due to the cold weather the mayor has ordered the utility system to restore power to those whose power had been turned off due to nonpayment of bills. This order is to last until the weather improves. Do you know if there is any arrangement in Adair County? Surely in this economy there are some whose utilities have been turned off, and are in need of heat and electricity in this cold weather.
