Remembering Shirley Glasgow: Reader moved by eulogy About: A Eulogy for My Father Glenn Shirley Glasgow To ColumbiaMagazine.com: I was reading the lovely eulogy of Mr. Shirley. I did not know Mr. Shirley myself, but all I could think as I read this tribute was, how wonderful he was.. I cried as I read the love that went into this eulogy. And the letter Mr. Glasgow sent home from the military to his new born son was so heartfelt and touching. The Glasgow family has lost someone they deeply love and this was so well expressed with the words. May God hold them and keep them during their time of sadness. And thank you (the Glasgow family), for showing us the meaning of love. s/Sheila Wood This story was posted on 2010-01-07 07:34:25
