Snow Expected: No School in Adair County, KY, today David Jones, Director of Student Transportation for the Adair County School District, called at 4:57amCT and announced there will be No School in Adair County School District this morning!, Thursday, January 7, 2010. "We don't have any snow activity now in Adair County, he said, but I talked to the State Police and they expect snow to move in around 8:30am to 9am," Mr. Jones said. Larry Smith, WHVE radio 92.7 called at 5:55amCT to say, "All area schools are closed." Adair County, Campbellsville Independent Schools, Casey County, Cumberland County, Metcalfe (closed yesterday, as well, due to cold), Green County, Russell, and Taylor County Schools are closed today.
