One injured in auto/cattle truck collision near Springfield, KY By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY WASHINGTON CO, KY - Trooper Donnie Moses, KSP Post 15, Columbia, KY, is investigating a collision which occurred 1 mile North of Springfield, KY, on Bloomfield RD at 6:22pmET, Sunday, January 3, 2010. Ryan Moreland, age 33, of Ohio, was belted, was operating a 2003 Peterbilt pulling a cattle trailer and was attempting to turn on to Ky 55 when the trailer was struck from behind by a 2003 Mercury, operated by Mildred Cheser, age 86, Springfield, was belted. Cheser was transported to Springview Hospital, Lebanon, KY, by Washington Co. EMS, where she was treated and released. Moreland was not injured.Trooper Moses was assisted at the scene by Trooper John Adams.
