Driver injured in single vehicle crash at Windsor, KY By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY CASEY CO., KY - Trooper Adam Likins of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY, is investigating a collision that occurred December 30, 2009 at 1:50pmET on KY 910 three miles north of Windsor, KY. Barton Smith, age 21, of Lexington, KY was operating a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee when he lost control, ran off roadway striking a culvert. The vehicle overturned twice before coming to rest in roadway. Smith was transported by EMS to Lake Cumberland Regional hospital in Somerset, KY, where he was treated and released.
