Four arrested in Monroe Co., KY, after police discover meth lab Welfare check on children in Tompkinsville, KY, leads to discovery of active Meth Lab in house, arrest of four individuals on multiple charges. KSP Post 15, Columbia, KY; Drug Enforcement HIDTA Task force, DSS, Monroe County Fire Department, and Monroe Co. EMS all participate in operation By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY COLUMBIA, KY - On Friday, December 18, 2009, Troopers Daniel Stephens and Logan Richardson responded to the residence of Timothy and Kimberly Davis at 665 Pebble Brook Bowman RD, in Tompkinsville, KY in reference to a welfare check of 3 children. The inquiry into the welfare of the children led to the discovery of an active meth lab in the upstairs of the residence. 4 persons were arrested at the scene.
The case remains under investigation.Assisting at the scene were additional units from KSP Post 15, KSP Drug Enforcement Special Investigations West, HIDTA task force, DSS, Monroe County Fire Department, Monroe County EMS.
