Obituary: Phyllis Gay Allen, 60, Casey Co, KY She was a member of a respected Casey County family, a former employee of Osh Kosh and Liberty Sportswear, and a member of the Green River Separate Baptist Church Phyllis Gay Allen, 60, Liberty, KY, died Tuesday, December 22, 2009, at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, KY. The funeral service will be at 11amET/10amCT, Thursday, December 24, 2009, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel, 142 Hwy 49, Liberty, KY, with Rev. Donnie Wilson the officiating clergy. Burial will be in Willow Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6pmET to 9pmET, Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at the funeral home. Phyllis Gay Allen, Casey Co., KY (1948-2009) Phyllis Gay Allen was born December 27, 1948, in Casey Co., KY, the daughter of Junior Morgan (deceased), and Mable Hoskins Morgan, Middleburg, KY. She died December 22, 2009, at the age of 60 years, 11 months, 25 days. She was a former employee of Osh Kosh and Liberty Sportswear. She was a member of Green River Valley Separate Baptist Church. She was the widow of Denny Allen. She is survived by the following:
