is a non-official guide to to holiday displays.


  • Downtown Columbia, KY. Always a great starting point. Special lighting, displays in nearly every window. Adair Annex, 424 Public Square, and the Old Courthouse, Snowflake Street ornaments, the Bank of Columbia and the First National Bank, stand out. A don't miss window is at Barger Insurance, 414 Public Square.

  • Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, winner of the 2009 Christmas in Columbia Business Decorating Plaque.

  • Glens Fork, KY: Eldrdge Dykes home, west of Glens Fork, KY on KY 900, has over 24,000 lights, Christmas fairland display

  • Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, from the Square to the Columbia Western Bypass

  • Mark & Cindy Harris residence, Lindsey Wilson ST, Columbia, KY, where Santa Claus has become an annual feature.

  • Francine and Don Neat's home, 4595 Campbellsville RD, Columbia, KY, the 2009 Winner of the Best Use of Lights in the 2009 Christmas in Columbia Christmas Decorating Award.

  • Garnettia Knifley's Christmas Lights, 275 J. Knifley Road, Knifley, KY. If you can only make one trip, this may be the one. A delightful Christmas wonderland sure to please visitors of all ages.
