Absentee voting up for Special Election Dec. 15, 2009 A total of 69 Absentee Ballots have been cast in the Special School Tax Election set for December 15, 2009, as of 4pmCT, Friday, December 11, 2009. Of that number most, 53 have been cast on the Absentee Voting Machine set up in the office of Adair County Court Clerk Sheila Blair, Adair Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY. The other 16 votes have been cast by mail. The absentee voting machine will be open Saturday, December 12, 2009, from 8am until 12 noon CT, and again on Monday, December 14, 2009, from 8:30am until 4:30pmCT.
