Multi-vehicle crash in Hart Co., KY closes I-65

By Kiersten Jaggers, KY Transportation Cabinet

BOWLING GREEN, KY, December 8, 2008, 7:34amCT - A multi-vehicle crash involving commercial vehicles has shut down the northbound direction of I-65 in northern Hart County. The duration of this closure is currently estimated at 3-6 hours.

Motorists traveling northbound are being detoured off at Exit 58 (Horse Cave) and back onto I-65 at Exit 71 (Bonnieville).

Because of the volume of traffic that's been moved to US 31W, motorists can expect delays in the detour route and are encouraged to reduce their speeds.
