Two car collision near Lebanon, KY, occurs Sunday afternoon By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY MARION CO, KY - Trooper Fred Cornett is investigating a collision that occurred Sunday, December 6, 2009, at approximately 1:25pmCT, 6 miles west of Lebanon, KY on Bradshaw Lane. Jerica Guffey, age 27, of Columbia, KY, was operating a 2000 Nissan, northbound on Bradshaw LN when she entered a curve and struck a 1998 Ford, operated by Brittany Hall, age 22, of Finley, KY head on. Both operators were belted at the time of the collision. A passenger in the Hall vehicle, 7 year old Carl Hall II was also belted. Guffey was transported from the scene by personal vehicle to Spring View Hospital where she was treated and released for her injuries. Carl Hall II was transported from the scene by Marion County EMS and taken to Spring View Hospital where he was also treated and released. Brittany Hall was not injured in the collision.
