A tip of the hat to Mr. Richard Phelps About: Mr. Richard Phelps to portray Judge James Garnett To ColumbiaMagazine.com: I was thoroughly entertained and impressed by Richard Phelps' performance at the Cemetary Walk. The fact that Richard would resurrect Judge Garnett again for our enjoyment is most kind of him and a treat to the public. If the public has not seen Richard in these roles, this is a fine opportunity to be entertained and educated at the same time.
