Ribbon Cutting at Metcalfe Mesonet weather site The Edmonton-Metcalfe County Chamber of Commerce will conduct a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Metcalfe County Mesonet site on Wednesday, November 25, 2009, at 1pmCT. The Mesonet site is located near the Brandon Bell home on Mike Branstetter Road off the Old Glasgow Road.
