KSP Post 15 leads big drug sweep in Monroe Co., KY

Seventeen individuals arrested, lodged in Monroe County Jail in Tompkinsville, KY. List below. More arrests are pending

Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY

COLUMBIA, KY - Upon the conclusion of a year long drug trafficking investigation, units from Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement Special Investigation (west), HIDTA Drug Taskforce, and Tompkinsville Police Department served several indictment warrants.

The following is a list of the individuals charged in the round-up:


  1. John David Graves (DOB 12-28-1963)-T.I.C.S. (Trafficking in Controlled Substance) 1st Degree (cocaine)(4 counts)-T.I.C.S 2nd Degree-PFO 1st (5 counts)

  2. Bonnie Lou Jackson (DOB 4-13-1956) -T.I.C.S. 2nd Degree -PFO 2nd Degree

  3. Joyce Turner (DOB 9-9-1959) -T.I.C.S. 1st Degree

  4. Ricky Emberton (DOB 3-8-1963) -T.I.C.S. 1st Degree (2 counts)

  5. Emanuel Howard (DOB 7-23-1985) -T.I.C.S. 1st Degree 2nd Offense (Cocaine) -Complicity T.I.C.S 1st Degree -PFO 2nd

  6. Crystal Walker (DOB 5-15-1982) -T.I.C.S. 1st Degree and 3rd Degree

  7. David Branham (DOB 8-7-1975) -Complicity T.I.C.S. 2nd Degree

  8. Sonny Voorhies (DOB 9-7-1974) -Complicity T.I.C.S. 1st Degree -PFO 1st

  9. Micheal Vibbert (DOB 9-16-1977) -T.I.C.S. 2nd Degree

  10. Lorenzo Tooley (DOB 10-18-1973) -T.I.C.S 1st Degree 2nd Offense (3 counts) - PFO 1st (3 counts)

  11. Kevin Bartley (DOB 12-6-1953) -T.I.C.S 1st Degree

  12. Bill Page (DOB 2-13-1943) -T.I.C.S. 2nd Degree (2 counts)

  13. Kathy Goad (DOB 2-24-1961) -T.I.C.S. 2nd Degree (2 counts)

  14. James Light (DOB 4-8-1949) -T.I.C.S. 2nd Degree (2 counts) -PFO 2nd (2 counts)

  15. Miranda Turner (DOB 4-17-1986) -T.I.C.S. 2nd Degree

  16. Barbara Hernandez (DOB 5-23-1961) -T.I.C.S. within 1000 yards of a school -T.I.C.S. 2nd Degree

  17. Shelia Proffitt (DOB 8-5-1968) -T.I.C.S 2nd Degree
Each of the individuals arrested lived in the Tompkinsville area and were lodged in the Monroe County Jail as a result of the drug round-up. Several arrests are still pending in reference to the investigation.
