Veterans Day 2009: Bailey Brown



2009-11-17 - Walmart, Holladay Place, Columbia, KY - Photo bu Ed Waggener. Miss Pre-Teen Kentucky County Fair, who won the title as Miss Adair County Fair Pre-Teen. Bailey Nicole Brown, had already won the hearts of Adair Countians, but strengthened the ties with renditions of the Star Spangled Banner and an unforgettable version of Amazing Grace at the 2009 11th Annual Walmart Veterans Program on November 11. She is a seventh grade student at Russell County Elementary School, Russell Springs, KY
