In the agreed order, the receiver, Attorney Judy Vance, was authorized to sell the balance of the property "to Adair County for a purchase price of $150,000, with the proceeds from the sale applied from the sale applied to the Court's Order of 31 August 2009."

The agreed order stated that the boundary of the property would be agreed between the Receiver, Attorney Judy Vance, and Adair County.

Judge Weddle's order sets the stage for Item # 12 on tonight's Fiscal Court Agenda, "Acquisition of Land," which promises to be one of the biggest events of the last four years.
