Adair, Russell and Boyle County make it to State band finals With Shamarie Claiborne update from on the road Jo Ann Curry has just written at 3:21pmCT, that Adair County, Russell County, and Boyle County have all made it to the State Finals of the KMEA Kentucky State Marching Band Championships in Louisvllle. The finals will be in the University of Louisville Papa John's Cardinal Stadium, located 2800 South Floyd in Louisville, KY. Shamarie Claiborne called from on the road from Brandenburg to Papa John's to add Bourbon County (Directed by Adair County Alumnus Eric Hale, Ron Hale's son), to the list of finalist bands. The competition starts at 6pmET/5pmCT. Class AAA competition starts at 8pmET/7pmCT. Adair County will play in the last slot in the Class AAA competition, at 8:45pmET/7:45pmCT.
