KY - Trooper Jamie Richard is investigating a collision that occurred Wednesday evening at 5:43pm 8 miles East of Columbia on the Louie B. Nunn Parkway. Brittany N. Helton, age 20, of Somerset, KY was operating a 1979 Ford Bronco. She was parked in the East bound emergency lane and attempted to pull back on the roadway.
