Columbia supports the Best Band in the Land, at State competition Nov. 7, 2009.

Adair County High School Marching Band will be competing on November 7, 2009, at Brandenburg, KY in the KMEA SMBC AAA semi-finals at Meade County High School. If successful they will be in the State Finals to compete for the traveling trophy, left, which has been in Columbia in 18 different years. The band is under the direction of Tom Case.
