Obituary: Ray Tabor, 69, formerly of Fairplay, Adair Co., KY Mr. Tabor was a member of a well-regarded South Adair County Family Ray Tabor age 69 years of Chicago, IL. formerly of the Fairplay Community in Adair County passed away Monday, November 2, 2009 in Chicago, IL. Graveside service Saturday, November 7, 2009 at 12:00 noon at Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty RD, Columbia, KY, with Minister Dean Roach officiating. Visitation will be after 9:30amCT, Saturday, November 7, 2009 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY. Ray Tabor, formerly of Fairplay, Adair Co., KY (1940-2009) He was born July 7, 1940, the son of the late William Clarence & Ella Spoon Tabor of Adair County and passed away November 2, 2009, in Chicago, IL, at the age of 69 years, 3 months, and 26 days. Preceded in death by two brothers: Leon Tabor and Edward Tabor. Survived by the following:
