Near-capacity crowd attends The Poet Sings Click on headline for group photo, ensemble roster By Duane Bonnifer A near-capacity crowd attended the Lindsey Wilson Choral Ensembles' performance of "The Poet Sings: Musical Settings of Distinguished" Monday evening at Columbia Baptist Church. Under the direction of LWC Associate Professor of Music and Director of Choral Programs Gerald L. Chafin, the 30-member Lindsey Wilson Concert Choir and 33-member Lindsey Wilson Singers performed 10 poems set to music.The members of the choir Lindsey Wilson College Singersare: Soprano Chelsea BuckmanAlto Molly AtkinsonTenor Trey BallBass Josh BairdDr. Chafin has directed the Lindsey Wilson Singers for the past 10 years.
