COF picks Nashville. Never saw reason to fly East

About: Best airport with scheduled service near Columbia KY

To ColumbiaMagazine.com:

"Back in the day" (Probably too long ago for the "tractor man" to remember) when the ski, or weak substitutes, were free and the free lunch was actually filling and worth eating, the best connections to the West were out of Nashville.

Ikve got no info on flights to the East. Primarily because I could never figure out why anyone would want to head in thet direction. I'm as far to the right as I wanna be and made frequent trips to the left coast whenever I needed a good laugh. If anyone has a chance (or misfortune ) to visit LaLa Land, be sure and drive down to Hollywood and Vine after 11:00 p.m.

I do recall flying out of L'ville one time to Detroit and going thru Cincinnati to Chicago with touch downs at both places before heading to Motor City. On the way back we flew from Detroit to Nashville direct where my son picked us up.

As high above beautiful Downtown Knifley as I plan on gittin.
