Col. Casey Fall Festival on today, rain or shine By Patty Jones, Principal Col. Wm Casey Elementary School, 220 Gen. John Adair DR, Columbia, KY We want all of the parents and students at Col. Wm. Casey to know that our Fall Festival will go on rain or shine. All activities are planned for indoors. The Fall Festival is from 5:00-7:00 p.m. tonight at the school. Children 10 and under are free; all others are $2 each. All funds raised from the event go toward technology and field trips for the students. Col. Wm. Casey Elementary School, 220 Gen.
