3 family members charged with arson in Adair Co., KY fire case Donnie Richmond, 34, and wife Tina Richmond, 28, lodged in Adair Co. Regional Jail, Columbia, KY. Tina Richmond's brothe, Scottie Baird, 30, Jellico, TN, is currently being held in Russell County Jail on other charges By William Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY Columbia, KY - A 16 month investigation into a partially completed residential construction fire has resulted in the indictments of three family members. The fire occurred on June 9, 2008 on Crocus Rd. in Adair County and resulted in a total loss of the residence. The property owners, 34-year-old Donnie Richmond and his wife, 28-year-old Tina Richmond, of McCreary Co. KY, have been indicted on charges of Complicity to Arson 2nd degree, Insurance Fraud and Perjury 1st degree.Donnie and Tina Richmond were arrested tonight at 7:54ET, by Troopers from Post 15 and Post 11 on Willie Ellison Rd in Pine Knot, KY and were lodged in the Adair County Jail. He is currently being held on other charges in the Russell County Jail. The incident is being investigated by Post 15 Investigations Lt. Eric Wolford, Post 15 Arson Investigator Alex Wesley and Post 3 Arson Investigator David West.
