Problem on bypass is the cross traffic About: Second thoughts on value of bypass to Adair County To ColumbiaMagazine.com: I travel the bypass all the time and do not see the issue. Issue seems to be cross traffic, that, forwhatever reason cannot grasp the idea that bypass traffic has rite of way. Everyone traveling on the bypass seems to be obeying the rules and laws but cross traffic from other roads seem to feel inferior to the bypass.
